7) When something fails, figure out WHY based upon concrete evidence.
8) NO SHORTCUTS, progress always takes time AND effort to develop deep understandings of the phenomena involved.
We don't get lucky.
9) WHEN you hit a wall, walk away for a bit and do something else, don't burn yourself out.
10) PLAN the work, then work the plan. Have the discipline to not replan the entire strategy every 2 days.
